Client Relationship Management (CRM) Database Coordinator

What We're Looking For:
The CRM Database Coordinator oversees the entry, import, export, and integrity of data in Barge's CRM system. The right candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using CRM and other proposal automation platforms. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to analyze, and optimize CRM processes, troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide support to end users. This role is part administrator and part analyst. The Database Coordinator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Unanet CRM platform
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades or technical advancements
  • Manage Unanet CRM data feeds and other integrations
  • Work with our management team to establish innovative processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Responsible for training new users, and growing the broad CRM skill set across the organization
  • Prepare documentation to include standard operating procedure manuals and job aids
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document unique use case scenarios
  • Responsible for communicating system changes and updates


Education & Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a database coordinator
  • Applicable certifications preferred, but not required
  • Preferred: Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and work with diverse stakeholders
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
