Summit Funding Group, Inc. is a North American equipment leasing and financing company headquartered in Mason, Ohio. The company is hiring a fulltime Client Relationship Specialist in the Henderson, NV office of Summit. The Client Relationship Specialist will collaborate with our Sales team to achieve quotas, while keeping our client satisfied, and engaged with our lending products and services.

Essential duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business.

• Support the flow of transactions from outside sales reps from pricing to funding as needed.
• Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
• Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize returns.
• Clearly communicate the progress of all transaction with vendor sales reps, customers, and your internal management team
• Develop new business with existing sales reps and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Prepare reports on account status as required.
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory
• Contact existing customer base for additional leasing and financing opportunities.

Skills & Abilities:
• Proven successful work experience
• Account Manager, or similar role
• Demonstrable ability to grow territory sales.
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Marketing 360 or HubSpot) and
• MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Experience with commercial leasing/ loan contracts desired
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A team player, results oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to use Tvalue &/or HP 17bII+ calculator effectively.

Education and Experience:
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Sales, or relevant field preferred
• B2B sales experience
