We are currently seeking a Client Service Coordinator on our Management Liability team in Minneapolis, MN.

We will count on you to:

This position is responsible for working directly with Marketing Specialists, Sr. Marketing Specialists, Directors of Marketing (as necessary), Producers and service teams to provide excellent customer service. This includes the ability to manage workload by processing daily service tasks. This individual is responsible for servicing an existing book of business. In addition, the Client Service Coordinator is responsible for miscellaneous projects as directed and assisting team in marketing process.

What you need to have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management and colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications required.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Be a self-starter; problem solver.
  • Ability to work a standard, 40-hour work week.
