Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing, building and scaling service delivery teams and a commitment to their ongoing coaching and development.
  • Serves as point of escalation and issue resolution for all vertical Managed Solutions business, ensuring that we deliver high quality service and that all client SLAs are met
  • Collaborates with internal and external leaders to enhance client strategies to support current projects and potential future engagements
  • Analyze and identify opportunities to improve processes, practices and procedures, and rapidly responding to new variables that may interfere with the project plan.
  • Responsible for managing client relationships through effective communication and relationship building
  • Evaluates client business needs and proactively works to build efficiencies to save time and increase revenue and profits
  • In collaboration with Solutions Development Team, serves as entry point for all Managed Solutions business into the Service Delivery team, responsible for understanding the business need and delegating to the appropriate team member based on scope, skillset, and bandwidth.
  • Other TSG initiatives or special projects, as needed.
  • Supervising the Engagement Manager
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, management, and operations skills
  • Passion for delivering business solutions to our clients
  • Professionalism, including clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Sense of urgency and ability to proceed with little oversight
  • Comfortable collaborating with various levels of management from hiring manager to C Suite
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • PMP, CSM, ITIL, ITSM
