Job Title: Client Service Representative

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Make phone calls and conduct face to face customer visits (Gain insight into our service performance)
• Perform site surveys and other types of checks to ensure our quality
• Document, with accuracy, customer responses and your impressions from these visits
• Present new technology and enhanced PM services when given the chance
• Report all findings, customer opinions, pictures, and results to company leadership
• Perform contract renewal duties such as requesting POs or updating proposals
• Be a positive influence in representing EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to our contract customers and as a fellow member of the contracts team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

• Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience
• Mechanical aptitude is preferred
• Must have strong verbal and listening communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette as well as professional friendly demeanor
• The ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently and act with appropriate urgency
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
• Must have a good driving record and an operating vehicle for use during business hours
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• Entry level position with growth opportunities

Compensation Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
