Overview

Wheels Up is looking for a world-class Client Services Advisor to join our team of dedicated and passionate professionals, fueled by the most powerful brand in private aviation, as we continue our mission of democratizing the private aviation space through cutting-edge technology and innovative product and service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external clients.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all clients, both new and existing.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Arrange private travel for all retail clients in the Wheels Up Private Jet scheduling system.
  • Arrange passenger logistics including catering and ground transportation.
  • Communicate service disruptions to our clients in a concise, accurate, and empathetic manner.
  • Develop and maintain passenger and company profiles for all retail clients.
  • Know and explain the terms and conditions of Wheels Up Private Jet contracts as necessary.
  • Maintain current knowledge of company aircraft fleet and product offerings.
  • Maintain current knowledge of aircraft and airport performance capabilities.
  • Continually follow and improve departmental processes and procedures.
  • Provide backup coverage for other Wheels Up Private Jet departments as requested by the Director of Client Services or higher authority.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the Manager of Client Services or higher authority.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Ability to guide a phone conversation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-lasting internal and external working relationships
  • Ability to prioritize and efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with, or the ability to become proficient with a booking system
  • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and willingness to continually learn
  • Ability to work in a team/office setting
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to toggle between systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, which will include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer service experience
