Company Description
The Client Service Representative actively participates in facilitating a positive experience for clients. By answering customer questions and helping to guide the appropriate response, the Client Service Representative plays a pivotal role in the lab's success. The Client Service team is a tight-knit group that works collaboratively to facilitate the lab's success. We quickly and effectively distribute information and results, which keeps our clients returning to Eurofins for their testing needs. This position will be a regular 1st shift position; hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This role has the potential to turn into a Hybrid work schedule. After training is complete and the workload is managed, a discussion will be had with the manager about what that work model may look like and what works best for you and your team.
Job Description
OVERALL OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Facilitate the exchange of information between clients and the technical/administrative staff
2. Ensure clients receive clear communication, good service, and fast turn-around times consistent with superior analytical testing
3. Answer phones, greet, and assist customers delivering samples or inquiring about analytical services/information
4. Communicate orally and in writing with clients and coworkers
5. Report confidential test data to clients
6. Monitor requests for action or information to ensure a timely response to clients
7. Follow all of Eurofins DQCI SOP's, guidelines and procedures, as pertains to their position
8. Manage time in a manner that ensures a degree of productivity
9. Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work area and assist others in maintaining a clean, safe work environment
10. Ensure that proprietary methodologies are not disclosed to non-employees except as approved by Management
11. Maintain a perpetual state of readiness and willingness to respond to the queries and needs of clients, staff, and coworkers
12. Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees
13. Promote the company image through the exercising of sound and ethical business practices as related to the public and our customers
