Summary:
Manages and coordinates the care of patients participating in a pediatric clinical research study with guidance from preceptor, educator and/or administrator; educates patients, families and staff regarding study compliance; collects a complete and accurate study data set and facilitates accrual to clinical research studies. Maintains pediatric database through EHR abstraction. Position reports to Chair of Pediatrics.

Starting salary for this position is $60,522 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Associate's degree in a health or science related field; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and two (2) years of clinical research, acute care or related experience.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

The preferred candidate will have prior experience in pediatric oncology, Prior experience working with clinical databases, have obtained their master's degree in related field, and prior experience consenting/managing patients in clinical trials.
