The Clinical Services Supervisor develops, coordinates, and supervises clinical support staff and clinical operations for the assigned Cooley Dickinson Medical Group practice.
This position reports to the Practice Manager and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program required
- Current Massachusetts licensure as an RN required
- CPR training required.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience as an RN required; physician office experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership qualities required; previous supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong clinical, interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required
