Position Details

The Mental Health Professional/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical care and coordination of treatment with a shared individual caseload as well as non-clinical supervisory responsibilities of the program. The Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical supervision to the program staff and is responsible for the clinical integrity of the program. The positions along with the programs management team holds responsibility to maintain compliance to PA Code Chapter 5320, 5100, 1153, and 1101. This individual serves as a clinical lead for his or her caseload and provide guidance with the implementation of treatment plan goals. This position works closely with the Program Director and fellow clinical supervisor to manage the day-to-day functions of the home, as well as treatment follow through.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in a generally recognize clinical discipline.

• Preferred registered, licensed or certified with two years minimal paid or unpaid experience.

• Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles and a recovery driven system, plus experience in behavioral health, forensic, sexual offending behaviors, or residential services.

• Valid driver's license and all clearances required by OMHSAS regulations.
