Club OS and ASF Payment Solutions are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating resources and managing tasks for software implementation projects from inception through project closure. The Project Manager works with the customer and various technical resources; including Implementation Technicians, Data Conversion Specialists, and Trainers to ensure the accuracy and success of each project. This position requires a high-level of customer interaction, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and the tenacity to drive projects to completion.

Club OS and ASF Payment Solutions, EverCommerce companies, are a platform of web-based products built for the health and wellness market. Our products provide sales and marketing automation, customer relationship management, scheduling and payment services for gyms and studios.

Where:

Club OS has a team spread across Philadelphia, PA, Austin, TX, and Denver, CO; while the preference is for this resource to be based near our Philadelphia office, we are open to remote talent anywhere in the United States. You must be eligible to work in the United States in order to qualify for this role. Our teams are working remotely for the foreseeable future in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall project governance for multiple types of cross-departmental projects, including:
    • Closed beta software releases
    • Enterprise customer onboardings
    • Special internal projects
  • Initiate new projects on behalf of project sponsors
  • Coordinate the definition of the scope and objectives of a project
  • Develop and maintain project plans and schedule
  • Regularly communicate status to stakeholders
  • Monitors task completion against expected timelines
  • Follow-up on outstanding action items
  • Maintain list of active risks to projects

Required Skills:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to effectively track numerous tasks/ issues concurrently
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and principles
  • Strong technical aptitude; must have an understanding of and enthusiasm for technology (at least at a high level)
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and able to work in a self-directed manner
  • 5+ years of successful project management in technical industry
  • Knowledge of business application processes and a solid understanding of relational database technology, operating systems, or hardware

Must demonstrate the following skills:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to navigate standard office software without difficulty
  • Able to identify operational issues and recommend solutions to resolve problems
