Join a dynamic team as an Aerospace CNC Programmer!
We are seeking a skilled individual to program 3, 4, and 5-axis aerospace components using industry-standard software such as Siemens NX, Mastercam, or Catia.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Siemens NX and Vericut, although familiarity with other software is also welcome.
Position: Aerospace CNC Programmer
Location: St. Louis County
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: $28 - $32 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components.
- Create and interpret work instructions and check sheets.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to revise prints and address discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace specifications and quality standards.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality and productivity.
- Maintain a positive team-oriented attitude and demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines, particularly for aerospace applications.
- Experience with Siemens NX, Mastercam, or Catia; familiarity with Vericut is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand aircraft specifications and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Trade or technical school degree in CNC programming or equivalent experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and process control plans is advantageous.
- 3D modeling experience is a plus.
