Shaner Hotels has an immediate opportunity for a Credit Application, Contract and Permit Compliance Coordinator to join our team at the corporate office in State College, PA.

The Coordinator will lead the efforts for processing credit applications, contracts, and permits for Shaner. This position works with all levels of the Company to ensure that all applications, contract, and permits are filed timely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to exercise innovation in solving problems, manage deadlines/shifting priorities, and be highly organized. The individual will possess excellent judgment, maturity, and the highest level of ethical standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the completion of credit applications, permitting and licensing applications and renewals, tracking of licenses and permits and payment processing.
  • Coordinate, register and maintain all DUNS, SAM, and FEMA IDs for all hotels.
  • Train in the review of sales contracts and vendor contracts and ensure compliance with relevant hotel management agreements and other hotel owner directives.
  • Study the organizational structure of all entities and monitor and maintain all organizational documents.
  • Recommend and/or develop objectives, policies, and practices for the assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Oversee multiple projects, tasks, and priorities with strong underlying administrative skills.
  • Operate office equipment fluently, proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 and Adobe Acrobat applications.
  • Respond to and address deadlines and ensure timely responses and compliance with all relevant documents.
  • Train in the reading and interpreting of license applications, DUNS, SAM, and FEMA documents.
  • Practice and improve principals and procedures in the assigned tasks.
  • Organize, track, and disseminate all credit applications, permits, licenses, contracts and related documents in a concise and timely manner.
  • Strong administrative maintenance of all credit applications, contracts, organizational documents, licenses and permits.
