Position Summary::The Department of Computer Science at The University of Alabama invites applications for an Instructor position to teach introductory computer science courses, primarily in the "minor" track, but with options to teach introductory courses in the major. Exceptional applicants are sought that have a passion for teaching and curriculum development in computer science. This is a non-tenure track position subject to annual renewal. Applicants must have a Masters degree either in Education or a STEM area, and have deep experience in computer science education topics. Teachers with experience in K-12 computer science, especially at the high school and AP levels, is also desired.
