*Salary: *$100k-$140k DOE + Unlimited PTO, Healthcare Stipend
*Requirements:* 10+ Years as a Project Manager, preferably have experience as Owner's Representative

Bringing in nearly $500 million in revenue per year, we are an innovative multi-family developer based in Los Angeles, CA.

We specialize in Real Estate Development projects in the following areas: Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, and Micro-Unit Development.

We just started our search for a Project Manager that can also serve as an owner representative.

We are a smaller company that is making massive noise in the real estate development industry!
What You Will Be Doing - Marketing, Estimating, Bidding, and Negotiating for new projects!
- Establish PMPs
- Review and monitor workers and project progression
- Client management; Maintain tight-knit relationships with clients
- Serving as the owner's representative
- Using Software such as Bluebeam, MS Office, etc...
What You Need for this Position Experience in the following:
- Project Management (10+ Years)
- Owner's Representative (Preferred)
- Scheduling workers
- Negotiating
- Marketing
- Estimating

Preferred Experience:
- Owner's Representative
- Multi-Family Projects
- Subterranean Projects
- Podium Projects
- Woodframe Projects
