What You Will Be Doing - Coordinate and communicate with all important project stakeholders, including the owners, owner representatives, architects, engineers, outside consultants, subcontractors, and support employees for other departments.
- Control and oversee the activities of superintendents, assistant project managers, and project administrators.
- Make sure the necessary paperwork is comprehensive and accessible, examine all drawings and specifications. When there is not enough documentation, create information requests.
- Create thorough work scopes that will be included in each subcontract agreement for the project.
- Other duties as assigned
What You Need for this Position More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:

- Construction Project Management
- OSHA Training
- Procore, Submittal Exchange, etc
- Primavera, Microsoft project, etc.
