Your new company

Headquartered in IL, our client is a national design-build firm with an annual revenue of circa $2billion. As their company and client base continues to grow, this firm is actively hiring a Project Manager with data center construction experience to join their team on a full-time basis.

Your new role

As Project Manager, you will plan, lead and oversee construction management for all assigned projects from inception to completion. You will lead the project(s) to successful completion on schedule, within budget in line with project specifications. You will develop and strengthen both client and subcontractor relations throughout the process.

What you'll need to succeed

To apply for this Project Manager position you will have a minimum of five years' experience and will have run projects from inception to completion. Data center projects are strongly advantageous. You will also have a four-year Bachelors Degree in a construction related discipline.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a base salary of up to $140k (commensurate with relevant experience) as well as a monthly vehicle allowance, health/dental/vision insurance, 20 days PTO, as well as the opportunity to participate in an ESOP.
