Contract Technical Recruiter

Our client, a fast growing advertising company, is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to join their New York team. In this role you will manage full lifecycle recruiting, sourcing top candidates for technology and product roles utilizing your knowledge of marketplace trends and innovative recruiting resources. You will work closely with the Recruiting and People Ops teams to manage multiple searches at once. The ideal candidate will work well in a collaborative setting but can be self-sufficient, have excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, demonstrated experience sourcing candidates for technical positions and utilizing creative recruiting resources beyond LinkedIn, strong communication skills, and is excited about helping build teams in a fast growing company. Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, tech and product role sourcing preferred
• Experience handling multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• A self-starter attitude that also works well in collaborative settings
• Strong attention to details and ability to utilize creative recruiting resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
