Prologis is looking for a Customer Led Solutions Coordinator for its Americas region. We seek an individual with a passion for our customers - a passion for helping Prologis create a truly differentiated customer experience in a traditionally transaction-driven industry. The primary responsibility will be supporting the CLS Americas team members to care for global customer account relationships. In addition, you will support key customer strategies, solution development and value propositions beyond traditional real estate. You will also work directly with our external customers and internal partners on customer portfolio management, leasing and development transactions, due diligence and direct customer interaction.

We are looking for a candidate experienced in supporting commercial, and customer-focused teams, with excellent communication, strong organizational, PowerPoint, and CRM skills. This person should have:

  • A solid understanding of business and a proven track record in supporting customer relationship management and business development.
  • An innovative mindset, adaptability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and cultural sensitivity.
  • The ability to coordinate effectively across a diverse group of individuals, geographies and business groups is required.

Here's how to do that:
  • Actively support and coordinate with the Americas Marketing and Essentials Marketing teams on behalf of the CLS team to prepare, organize and execute Prologis' customer meetings, events, conferences, exhibitions & trade shows, and workshops.
  • Assist in creating and updating target customer business plans, assist in coordinating Prologis customer interactions and ensure all relevant activity posted in Salesforce.
  • Create and maintain customer presentations and/or any associated internal documentation and presentations
  • Collect, analyze and distribute customer information (e.g., earnings reports of our publicly traded customers, sustainability reports) as well as information on logistics, industry verticals, and market trends for the team to adequately prepare themselves for customer meetings
  • Use Salesforce CRM for customer contact information, meeting reports, customer insights, and share information within the customer team and other colleagues in customer-facing roles
  • Create, adjust and/or maintain Salesforce CRM reports, such as Essentials opportunities, and rent rolls.
  • Coordinate internal communication and external (social media) communications.

Tell us if you're ready:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a coordinating or project management role
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent communication skills, self-starter, and proactive
  • Experience/familiarity with Salesforce and reporting highly preferred; ability to organize and organize data
  • Experience supporting a wide range of marketing & communications activities
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills
  • Experience in a B2B environment is preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel

Hiring Salary Range of $22.00 - $31.00/hour. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
