Position Summary

This position will manage system-related support and maintenance of the firm's Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solution including OneStream, Workiva and Anaplan. Functional areas include consolidated financial reporting, budgeting, planning, people management and other reporting needs. Applicants must have prior experience supporting similar enterprise level CPM platforms as well as an accounting/finance background. Experience with publically traded, international, multi-currency and/or financial services is highly preferable.

The role will be required to regularly maintain day to day system operations including metadata changes, rules management, calculations and methods and report development. Additionally, the role will be responsible for regular data analysis and data reconciliation. Other technical responsibilities include coordination with the technology team to facilitate external integrations, supporting upgrades/patches and staying up to date on platform enhancements and capabilities.

Applicant must exhibit strong communication/presentation skills as they will regularly interface with multiple stakeholders and consolidate business needs and enhancement requests across all of the firm's finance operations including but not limited to Fund Management, Consolidations, FP&A, Treasury and Corporate Accounting teams. The role is expected to function and operate with all referenced stakeholders and support all ongoing initiatives. Role will also provide end-user training and functional support.

Seeking applicants who are analytical, thorough, maintain high attention to detail and can work independently as well as in large team settings. The role should be able to work with a wide range of users and able to adapt to dynamic needs and maintain a high level of ethics and professionalism. Role will be regularly asked to develop solutions to complex problems, consider requirements from multiple teams and provide support for a platform used across the firm.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

Responsible for executing on-going OneStream and other firmwide application platform management functions, including:
Update metadata, as necessary. (i.e., set up new accounts / legal entities, update hierarchical structures, etc.)
Data validation, reconciliation and analysis.
Troubleshoot and resolve system user questions and issues (mostly from a functional non-technical nature).
Maintain and support system rules, allocations and calculations.
Build/maintain reports.
Develop and maintain SOX process and control documentation.
Support ongoing projects/initiatives involving the OneStream platform.
Coordinate with technical support team.
Other duties as assigned.

As necessary responsible for executing and developing rules and system business logic:
Update functional SQL based operating rules as required by the business needs.
Troubleshoot business rules and suggest enhancements when appropriate.

Responsible for maintaining end-user support and enhancement requests:
Develop end-user training documentation and deploy end-user training
Maintain stakeholder relationships through facilitation of regular meetings, prioritization enhancement requests, regular communication of platform changes and other critical information

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from accredited institution required

5+ years of professional experience in accounting, financial systems and process improvement for finance & accounting functions, required
3+ years of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) related experience with a global professional services firm or publically traded company in both financial reporting and budgeting/planning
Experience with complex data structures and highly integrated platforms
Ability to serve as a functional lead, fully understanding requirements from multiple, varied finance teams
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, communication and training skills
Highly organized - able to perform tasks with a high level of attention to details
Familiarity with the financial services industry a plus
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Experience with CPM solutions such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Anaplan or comparable.
Understanding of metadata management
Experience with Budgeting/planning solutions
Experience with PeopleSoft financials a plus
SQL, VBA knowledge requirement
Strong MS Office Skills
