Pay Rate: $51.03/hr on W2

Job Description

• Field Strategy in partnership with Learning and Development is looking for a creative and resourceful writer to help us refresh Training content.
• In this role, you'll be responsible for the content for a wide range of Training and Learning programs including Systems, Processes and Product level details. You'll uphold the tenets of leading with empathy and stakeholder-centricity as you work with product owners, operations teams, learning and development, SharePoint designers, marketing, legal, and senior business executives to transform end-to-end Client Service and Implementations learning journeys.
• As the ideal candidate, you're a wordsmith, user advocate, and systematic thinker seeking a collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment. Experience in developing user-centric content is a definite plus as is familiarity with learning programs.
• Please note that you may be asked to complete a brief writing challenge as part of the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Work with established branding strategy and guidelines to craft intuitive and engaging learning experiences through the written word across multiple touchpoints (e.g., SharePoint, Podcasts, Video, Web, UIs)
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage the content and voice of our product
• Execute a cohesive content experience to align with our user and business needs
• Assist the team with copy needs for presentations and documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, User Experience (UX), Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
• 5+ year of experience in a professional writing environment
• Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Have

• Familiarity with financial terminologies
• Familiarity with the Design Thinking methodology
• Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design
• Familiarity with collaborative UX tools such as Figma
