Description: Our client is currently seeking a CT TECH in Irving, TX!!
Job Scope:
Position: CT Tech
Place: Irving, TX
Contract: 3 months
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Performs high quality CT procedures, according to exam protocol, in a timely manner.
- Ensures people are safe to enter the department by screening them according to approved policies and procedures.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control, drug and radiation policies, protocols and techniques.
- Proficient in starting IV's
- Grad of an Accredited Program
- ARRT-CT Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT): Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Computed Tomography (CT).
- Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT): Licensed by the State of Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
