Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Digital Realty's Cyber Resilience Team is the front line for all things pertaining to our company's digital security posture. Cyber Security Compliance Analyst role involves conducting audits and assessments and assisting with risk management reviews and third-party assessments. In this role, your goal is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of an organization's data and systems. You also work with teams across the organization to identify and mitigate cybersecurity compliance risks and manage reporting on cybersecurity compliance to both internal and external stakeholders. You document the organization's cybersecurity compliance posture in written reports, manage compliance efforts to meet both internal and external deadlines, and help prioritize the most critical compliance gaps to be addressed first.

What you'll do

  • Analyze management and technical controls to ensure that specific security and compliance requirements are met through the verification of documented processes, procedures, and standards in order to validate maintenance of secure configurations.
  • Map Digital Realty requirements and regulatory requirements across the information security framework to identify overlapping requirements and compliance efficiencies.
  • Track enterprise compliance across multiple security frameworks including SOC 2, NIST and ISO and maintain up-to-date records of requirements and corresponding mitigating controls.
  • Monitor third-party risk assessments and assist in performing internal risk assessments.
  • Collaborate on critical IT projects to ensure that security policy/risk issues are addressed throughout the project life cycle.
  • Participate in the development of security and privacy awareness training in conjunction with other members of the Security Compliance group.
  • Assists in internal and external cyber security audits
  • Drafts and reviews policies for changes
  • Participates in cross organizational working groups representing cyber compliance initiatives
  • Shares key examination findings to help organizations limit security risks and comply with laws relating to securing customer financial data.
  • Works in a consultative role to help organizations securely navigate an evolving information technology (IT) environment and stay compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

What you'll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field from a 4-year accredited university, preferably
  • 2-3 Years' Cyber Experience, preferably working within Tech, Telecom, Network Operations, or a related field
  • Strong Understanding of Data Center Ops and the ability understand customer needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Auditor experience preferable
  • Professional Cyber Security Certifications (CISM/CISSP/GIAC)
  • Experience in SOC2, ISO27001, NIST 800-53a, NIST 800-171, FedRAMP, SOX
