Baer is looking for Data Engineer - Mid Level for a 6-month Federal remote project.

Title: Data Engineer - Mid Level
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 month
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process, and analyze large-scale data in real-time.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Design and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Assist in the development of data visualization solutions to present insights and trends effectively.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliable data flow and integrity.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices and processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in analyzing and interpreting data to derive actionable insights.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques (specific tools and experience level not required but desirable).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
