Desktop Support Engineer

3 month contract with possible extension.

Fully remote

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
- Operating Systems:
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Knowledge of Windows 11 Enterprise and Azure AD Join
- Hardware and Peripherals:
- Working knowledge of office automation products, computer peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners), and mobile devices.
- Network Security:
- Familiarity with network security practices and anti-virus programs.

Familiar with Octa, CyberArk, Netscope, Ivanti AppSense
- Problem-Solving:
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Customer-Centric:
- A customer-oriented attitude.
- Scripting:
- strong PowerShell skills

Responsibilities :

1. Addressing Adonis Defect Tickets:

- Responding to user inquiries related to hardware, software, and networking issues.

1. Installation and Troubleshooting: Intune Deployments

- Assisting with the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.

1. Guiding Users:

- Walking customers through the process of installing applications and computer peripherals.

1. Diagnostic Skills:

- Asking targeted questions to diagnose technical problems effectively.

1. Remote Troubleshooting:

- Conducting remote troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly.

1. Documentation:

- Recording technical issues and their solutions in logs.

1. Client Follow-Up:

- Following up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.

1. Feedback and Documentation:

- Gathering customer feedback and noting potential product requests.

1. Technical Documentation:

- Assisting in creating technical documentation and manuals.
