We have an excellent opportunity for a Digital Communications Support Specialist in our Mason, Ohio location.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:

• Manage Clopay dealer locator changes and additions. Work with dealers to update Master Authorized and Authorized Dealers micro-sites hosted on Clopaydoor.com.

• Implement changes and additions to website content on all of CBPC’s websites and portals.

• Ratings & Reviews – Monitor both Dealer and Product reviews. Address problematic reviews, and work with Consumer Services on providing timely responses.  Socialite responses on Star Reviews from internal marketing.

• Help develop and send email-blasts to our consumers (consumer, dealer, architect, builder, commercial contractor) databases.

• Post blogs and press releases sent from our PR Manager and content partners.

• Be the primary contact for our dealer base regarding any web related question generally pertaining to, but not limited to, incorporating product information, the Clopay Door Imagination System, and images on their website. A key part of this role will also be discussing the dealer’s current website with them and how they can enhance their online presence.  Communicate our dealer website and SEO programs to dealers.

• Update the dealer portal with items received from internal team members such as price pages and marketing bulletins as needed.

• Social Media monitoring, responding and interacting with customers through our social media outlets.

• Monitor trends and activities in the industry to increase and enhance online presence and SEO performance.

• Help prepare monthly reports as needed.

• Travel and attend dealer meetings as needed.

Qualified candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design preferred or equivalent education plus experience.

• Minimum of 2 years’ prior experience in digital marketing and/or online content.

•  Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks.
