Description:

Government Programs Digital Sales team and is responsible for portal development for direct-to-consumer business. We work with Portal IT partners, agencies and external vendors to support our online business and marketing strategies. The Digital Content SpecialistĀ position will work closely with digital team members such as, product analysts, project management, marketing, business stakeholders, product management, and technical members of our organization. Additionally, the Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for compliance of the websites with the Insurance Solutions business and all states and U.S. territories, so strong communication skills are required.

Foundational Responsibilities:

  • Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) of Government Programs Digital web pages and tools for Insurance Solutions line of business
  • Takes primary direction from Content Managers, partnering with additional Digital Content Specialist
  • Creates and executes test scripts and testing scenarios
  • Reports testing defects to appropriate team members, providing all details necessary for analysis and resolution
  • Performs retests of resolved defects
  • Work in an agile, rapid development environment
  • Solves complex testing problems and develops innovative solutions
  • Motivates and inspires other team members
  • Some late night and overnight testing work on a regular basis - approximately once per month, but may be more frequent based on business needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Digital background
  • High level of comfort with technology and learning new applications
  • High attention to detail, results driven, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel knowledge
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional relationships and with remote team-members
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some knowledge of HTML
  • Experience in a compliance-driven organization
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.2 or above
  • Experience with Agile Development methodology
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate with and influence business teams, leadership and IT teams
