We are offering a $2000 sign-on bonus for full-time & part-time new hires.

Position Details

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) interact and support our individuals in a variety of potential settings and provide a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity and contentment of every individual served by assisting and training them in the areas of personal care, communication, and social skill development.

Sign on Bonus details

In order to be eligible, you must complete the following:
•$500 bonus payout, if your fully hired and maintain satisfactory employment for 30 days.
•$500 bonus payout, if you maintain satisfactory employment for 6 months from date of hire.
•$1,000 bonus payout, if you maintain satisfactory employment for 1 year from date of hire.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license. (Prefer candidates have their own transportation).
  • Must have a verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
  • Must have 1-year experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.
  • Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
