Job Summary:

• The Data Analytics Practice Director will oversee and lead the Data Analytics Practice through established relationships with Pivot Point Consulting, clients and peers in the industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Embodies PPC's Core Tenets
• Responsible for the strategic vision, objectives, organizational goals, roadmap, business development, and integration with all business segments
• Screen and manage candidates in collaboration with Operations, Recruiting, and Engagement Management
• Provide and drive the practice vision and mission
• Develop and drive the strategic roadmap objectives and organizational goals
• Screen practice candidates in collaboration with recruiting
• Support and manage practice consultants
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal colleagues
• Deliver on business development and utilization targets as determined by the practice
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and delivers client services
• Collaborate with leaders in all verticals including business development, recruiting, and engagement management
• Serve as escalation point for client and consultant issues and opportunities for improvement
• Utilize Bullhorn for all CRM
• Participate in industry groups and contributes to case studies, blogs, white papers and demonstrate industry thought leadership

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations
• Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

Education and Experience:

• 10+ years healthcare Data Analytics IT delivery
• Data Analytics Business development
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• PMP preferred

Travel Requirements:

• Up to 75% as required by engagement
