What You Will Be Doing As the Director of Development, you will lead a team of project managers in Northern California and manage a variety of complex multi-family real estate development projects to further the organizations mission. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day work of your team and providing guidance to maintain a high level of quality in accordance with our development standards and industry best practices.
What You Need for this Position Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate or related field (required).
10+ years experience managing the development of commercial and residential projects
Leadership, mentoring and management experience.
Existing contractor, broker, construction, and leasing relationships in the Northern California area!


--Multifamily experience is a must--
