Direct Hire
Location: Burlingame, CA (not remote)
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
What You Will Be Doing The Director of Human Resources must be an experienced professional with knowledge of all matters relating to Human Resources, including recruitment, hiring, benefits, training, employee relations, engagement, safety, and compliance with both federal and state laws.

- Direct and ensure the efficient administration and management of the Human Resources function
- Communicate employment, education, professional development, benefits, compensation, and team member and labor relations practices for the hotel
- Ensure hotel compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Recruit, interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate team members
- Manage the financial aspects of the department's budget
- Foster a positive culture within the hotel to include leading by example and providing guidance and support to all management and hourly team members
What You Need for this Position - 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management
- Hotel / Hospitality
- Affirmative Action Plans or working for a government contractor preferred
- Payroll experience preferred
- UltiPro/UKG preferred
- HR Certification, SPHR/PHR Certification preferred
