POSITION SUMMARY:

Manages multiple functions within logistics department.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will vary.

  • Manages multiple functions within logistics department.
  • Manage Full Goods and Raw Material Inventories in multiple locations.
  • Initiate and execute product deployment strategies.
  • Responsibilities may include the transportation of raw materials and/or finished goods, vendor selection and negotiation.
  • Distribution of supplies as needed and inventory control.
  • Provides Leadership and expertise to Operations team.
  • Conducts performance reviews.
  • Interviews and hires most qualified person for openings.
  • Provide coaching, counseling and discipline up to and including termination of employment as necessary.
  • Initiate and Execute improvement plans within Logistics in alignment with Supply Chain vision.
  • Responsible for Budget planning and forecasting.
  • Performs other duties as required.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and 7 years Logistics Management experience; OR 10 years Logistics Management experience.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Related training or certification.
  • Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
  • Experience working in a team environment.

COMPENSATION RANGE:
Potential earning is from $120,500.00 to $150,960.00 annually
