ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for understanding and maintaining state level collaborating physician oversight requirements, including:
    • State oversight ratios
    • APP onboarding requirements
    • Collaborating physician and APP distance requirements
    • Collaborating physician and APP meeting requirements
    • APP dispensing requirements
    • APP chart review requirements
    • Collaborating physician agreement renewal requirements
    • Communicate with state boards when needed to ensure proper APP documentation is maintained.
  • Develop and maintain internal processes.
    • Create a collaborating physician monthly dashboard.
    • Conduct collaborating physician and APP meeting audits when requested.
    • Develop and implement program management tools to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal processes.
  • Serve as the organization's point of contact for collaborating physicians and clinical leadership.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Medical Director team to support and facilitate relationships with the collaborating physicians.
    • Work with recruiting to develop a robust pipeline of collaborating physicians.
    • Manage rate conversations, negotiations, and executing Collaborating Physician Agreements as needed.
    • Liaise with finance, recruiting, compliance, and IT leaders to support the physician management program.
  • Operate as an organizational leader and internal consultant to clinical leadership, providers, recruiting, among other departments in the areas of physician management.
  • Responsible for developing the strategy and key performance indicators for the physician management department in alignment with Everside Health's strategic goals.
  • Identifies opportunities for program improvement on a continuous basis.

  • Ability to successfully execute complex large-scale clinical and operational projects and/or programs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of successful project management and/or program management experience.
  • Successful work history of developing and managing large-scale complex projects and/or programs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of disparate stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: $130,000 - $140,000
