What you'll do: 

• Work cross functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance to understand partnerships requirements and prioritize in support of business objectives. 
• Build out programs to engage existing partnerships including ongoing analysis of key market competitors, creating opportunities for differentiation
• Conduct analyses to evaluate new market opportunities for the organization that focus on growth and develop business plans to capitalize on it
• Create and implement a high-level product roadmap that will enable the partner channel to scale
• Work with finance and sales to create ongoing business projections and results
• Manage and grow the team that will report to this position

• A college degree, preferably in Marketing
• A great collaborator and cross functional partner, with demonstrated ability to influence across the organization
• 10+ years experience in successfully building and sustaining larger partnerships
• 5+ years managing, mentoring, and growing high performing teams
• Online marketing, account management, demand generation experience a plus
• Thrives in data-driven, fast-paced organizations, growth oriented organization
• Analytical & strategic thinker with a healthy love of data
• An enthusiastic, team-oriented leader with strong relationship and willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done
• Great time management skills and fanatical attention to detail
