Hays are exclusively partnered with a leading GC in Chicago in the pursuit of a construction leader to oversee the operation of their data center construction division. This is a rare leadership opening for this group, who are growing at a phenomenal rate both in the Greater Chicago Area and the Midwest.

Your new role

As Division Leader you will oversee construction operations relating to data center construction, ensuring projects are being executed in line with company strategies. You will manage a high-performing team of project managers, field managers and safety professionals. You will have P&L responsibility and will conduct regular financial reviews in conjunction with your executive level peers.

What you'll need to succeed

To apply for this construction executive role you will need a minimum of 15 years' construction experience. Large scale data center project experience is a must to apply. You will have a strong business/financial acumen coupled with a natural ambition and drive to lead a successful division in a booming data center construction sector. A four-year construction related degree is also required.
