Your Role: Join our Launch Program! You will work part-time as a Launch Program - Distribution Associate while receiving tuition support to simultaneously attend school full time, at a participating schools designated by the company. Using this innovative model, you will be trained and developed by industry professionals and have the ability to apply your education in real-time while building towards a potential full-time career with us!

As a Launch Program - Distribution Associate 2 working at MilliporeSigma in Milwaukee, WI, you play a critical role in the fulfillment of customer orders through the activities of receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of life science materials. Starting pay rate is $21.40/hour with a $5,000 signing bonus!

Physical Attributes:

  • May involve standing for extended periods of time
  • Lift up to 50 pounds

Who You Are: A high school senior graduating in Spring 2023 looking for an opportunity to continue your education in the sciences while kicking off your career, or a 1st year college student looking to work part-time while finishing your degree. You are a driven individual, with the willingness to learn and develop in an industry and classroom setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED by July 1, 2023
  • No experience necessary, but less than 2 years of industry experience
  • Willingness to enroll in local participating college, trade school, or 2- year college designated by the company for Fall 2023 semester

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic skills in applicable computer programs (computers, scanners, printers, and shipping equipment)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
