Pay: $15.47 per hour (Monday through Friday - 8a to 4p or 9a to 5p)

• Help create meaningful and enriching experiences for people in your community! Work collaboratively in a team to provide daily program coverage on site and in the community.
• Provide advocacy and case management to help people reach goals they set for themselves, through annual Individual Support Plans. Implement and document personalized goals for health, wellness, employment, safety, social development, communication, and/or behavior management.
• Teach program curriculum classes and provides other training's as directed.
• Implement clinical and behavioral treatment plans, records target behaviors, participates in clinical consultations, and provides crisis assessment, prevention and intervention as needed.
• Support medical and mental health needs to individuals supported through their treatment plans. Learn to administer medication to individuals if needed.
• Provides transportation in company vans, performs program maintenance and cleaning tasks and performs other related duties as assigned.
• No experience needed, we will give you the tools to be a direct support professional. Previous work experience in a human services is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a culturally diverse population of individuals, co-workers, care providers, family, community members and others.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team context.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds as needed.
• Drivers License Required.
