The E-Learning Specialist is responsible for developing and managing digital learning content for our customers, partners and employees. Work with internal teams and subject matter experts to analyze learning needs, design and develop digital learning solutions for those needs, and implement them through the enterprise Learning Management System or other platforms. Create engaging, interactive, SCORM compliant eLearning courses, including course testing, review and maintenance. Project Manage and directly design, develop, and implement eLearning, learning resources (wiki, websites, manuals, job aids, etc.), and digital materials for classroom and online training; including the necessary storyboards, outlines, and project plans. Own responsibility for the learners' digital educational experience and ensures it is a success.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

    • Creates/Revises and maintains SCORM compliant e-learning
    • Designs e-Learning templates & content, using videos and other multimedia resources, for print, web & mobile delivery
    • Maintains e-learning content with needed updates
    • Develops storyboards and scripts for e-learning and virtual live training
    • Upload and configure e-learning content into learning management system
    • Integrates emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning
    • Multimedia Development
    • Creates multimedia products using a variety of software programs
    • Manipulate and edit digital imagery, video, sound, graphics, and effects as appropriate to support learning
    • Graphic Design
    • Create images and animations that facilitate learning of complex concepts
    • Develop graphics for classroom-based training, online training, and websites
    • Select colors, images, text style, and layout that are professional and instructionally effective
    • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing
    • Develop graphics for course and course information sheets
    • Instructional Design
    • Develop various digital training resources including; instructor and student guides, class and eLearning presentations, quick reference guides, templates, instructional images and infographics, etc.
    • Apply creative design to the discipline of instructional design with an emphasis on multimedia
    • Develop instructional programs that leverage new technologies and techniques
    • Work with business partners and Subject Matter Experts to create measurable learning objectives and write assessment questions
    • Apply interaction design and interactive learning principles to build scenarios and simulation and instructional solutions for adult learners
    • Select, modify, and integrate existing instructional materials that employ multimedia and emerging technologies
    • Training Program Operations and Production
    • Manage all aspects of content development projects ensuring accurate adherence to the ADDIE development model
    • Deliver products on-time, with minimal supervision and minimal defects
    • Facilitate process improvement & implement new process/materials
    • Update & maintain content library to ensure it is current and accurate
    • Assist with the uploading and testing of content into the LMS
    • Partner with teams to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely dissemination of all information

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

    • Skilled with Adobe Captivate & Camtasia and digital learning technologies
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Familiarity with basic web technologies such as HTML, CSS & JavaScript
    • Prior experience with LMS & LCMS systems
    • Commitment to helping adults develop their skills Fanatical about Customer Service & Satisfaction
    • Bilingual or multilingual
    • Strong organization skills
    • Demonstrated project management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Minimum of 2 to 4 years related work experience
