  • Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build electromechanical assemblies like control panels, test equipment, and automation equipment.
  • Troubleshoot/repair equipment including servos, sensors, control components, electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems.
  • Participate in the machine development process including equipment validation.
  • Assist in improving existing equipment and tooling through robust root cause analysis of repetitive issues.
  • Engineering laboratory testing and reporting.
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment supporting automated assembly/mechanical equipment/Robotics.
  • Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Basic understanding of AC/ DC electrical circuits & PLCs
  • Ability to read Engineering drawings such as electrical schematics, pneumatic schematics, & mechanical drawings.
  • Familiar with the use of micrometers, calipers, tape measure, digital multimeter, & oscilloscopes.
  • Experience with wiring industrial controls, and electro-mechanical assembly
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Preferred Requirements
  • Technical school degree/certification
  • Familiarity with CAD systems
  • Previous Field Service experience
