Job Summary:

The Temporary Coordinator will support Employer Relations & Development (ERD) for the fall recruiting cycle. The Temporary Coordinator will provide a high-level of customer service to employers through on-campus recruiting events. This role requires willingness and ability to work early mornings to welcome employers for on-campus interviews and evenings to staff information sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for on-campus and virtual recruiting.
  • Greet employers upon arrival and escort them to interview and information session rooms.
  • Support employers with set up for evening information sessions, including student check-in.
  • Prepare and print student resume packets, student information session attendance sheets, etc.
  • Troubleshoot student interview schedule changes.
  • Communicate with students and employers quickly and effectively.

  • Deep commitment to customer service and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • High level of professionalism when interacting with internal and external constituents and demonstrated ability in maintaining collaborative relationships with a diverse range of customers preferred.
  • Work effectively on a team as well as independently preferred.
  • Tact and professionalism in interactions with internal and external participants in the program preferred.
  • Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills preferred.
  • Patient and tolerant attitude toward demanding clients and work preferred.

Additional Requirements


Education, Experience or Certifications:

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Technical Knowledge or Skills:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite preferred.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
  • 10-15 hours per week. Hours will vary based on employers' on-campus schedules.
