Our Customer Engagement Centerhas an outstanding opportunity for an Enablement Manager to join the Holman Family.

Job duties:
  • Direct and indirect leadership of CEC Operations team members
  • Serves as CEC Sales and CEC Service Business Partner, collaboratively defining business challenges and goals, recommending solutions, working with the team identify process improvements and ensures alignment through regular and proactive communication
  • Responsible for leadership for all CEC strategic initiatives including but not limited to new vendor due diligence, new technology implementations, process change management, cost benefit analysis and ad hoc project support
  • Engages the front line team for continuous improvement to leverage their experience, demonstrate leadership's value of their input, and build buy-in for change management
  • Accountable for providing our store partners meaningful and timely updates as needed
  • Planning, communication and execution of leadership meetings, department town halls and department huddles, ensuring that all meetings achieve the strategic objectives desired
  • Champions the GPTW initiative, ensuring department planning and execution is tracked and communicated to all stakeholders on a routine basis
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Ability to supervise, motivate, coach/counsel and objectively evaluate employees on their performance
  • Strong project management skills required
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions
  • Ability to evaluate ROI for the implementation and execution of programs
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to interact and work with employees at all levels in the organization including business units and executive management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with dealership operations a plus
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience
