JOB DESCRIPTION

Training to be received as an Intern:

Safety Training
• Life Saving Rules
• General safety training
• Affected Persons Lock Out Tag Out
• General Awareness

Administrative Training:
• Document Control/ Formatting
• Preventative Maintenance Documentation
• Lock Out Tag Out Procedures

Requirements, Qualifications & Preferred Skillsets:
• Recent degree or current student of a technical or engineering field of study
• Strong computer skills and technical ability
• Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Basic mechanical understanding
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Flexible Schedule
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Learn the processes and find improvements within the processes.
• Fulfill administrative duties around the office and plant/ factory.
• Incorporate academic knowledge into hands-on work.
• Basic technical writing

Purpose:

• These tasks will help to enforce the importance of standard work, training for continued success, attention to detail, and elimination of waste in a manufacturing environment.
