The Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy Lead will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation within the Strategy and Transformation office. Work is strongly influenced by the CSCO and other global segment and strategic leaders. The Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy Leader is expected to be an individual contributor and may manage projects and resources depending on project scope. While there are not dedicated direct reports associated with this role, the ESC Strategy Lead may manage ESC and other K-C team members on various projects depending on project scope.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with the ESC VP's, Sr. Directors, Directors, CSCO and other strategy team members in the conception and execution of projects associated with delivering our Enterprise Supply Chain strategies.
  • Partner with Segment teams and functions to develop and execute strategies at a regional, functional, category, brand and/or country level that drive shareholder value with clear plans for embedding and scaling strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver against objectives, in partnership with Corporate Strategy colleagues, business teams, and external partners.
  • Independently lead specific transformation workstreams within projects and/or manage transformation missions.
  • Partner with Corporate change management resources and key GBS stakeholders to identify prioritized areas of focus and plan to expand throughout Enterprise Supply Chain organization and on-going change strategy.
  • Drive value for the team through advising on work product, synthesizing recommendations and supporting the management of change within the projects and broader organization.
  • Support team ideation with outside-in perspective, identifying and problem-solving risks leveraging agile and strategic tools to ensure delivery of strategies through managing long term strategies for external partners.
  • Key thinker and driver of change management strategy for ESC, including wiring of segment SC partners into overall operating rhythm.
  • Develop and execute ESC communication strategy, working with communication partners on key deliverables and standardized center driven communications.
  • Conceptualize and execute SharePoint strategy and redesign of site to maximize functionality and use.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnership strategy with external consultants and internal COE's such as finance, GBS, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in varying supply chain roles (i.e. logistics, procurement, strategy, manufacturing)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including strong PowerPoint / deck-writing experience; capable of catering a message appropriately for a given audience.
  • Ability to manage multiple work-streams; track-record of successful implementation of projects - from concept to execution.
  • Proven ability to establish strong, effective cross-functional network across the enterprise with the ability to influence and collaborate with Senior level leadership.
  • Excellent influencing and communication (oral and written) skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders including executive leadership.
  • Strong project management experience across culture and geographies
  • Be a strong strategic and conceptual thinker with a 'hands-on' focus.
  • Proven experience in designing an integrated talent and performance management framework, inclusive of strategic workforce planning, business planning and budget process.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, ability to influence and manage a range of senior stakeholders to shape and implement strategy.
  • Prior experience of designing and developing capability frameworks and development approaches that are aligned to business needs.
  • Occasional global travel may be required to support the business (up to 25%)
