Dal-Tile is currently seeking Entry Level Manufacturing Workers 12 HR Days/Nights to join our TEAM!
The Entry Level Manufacturing Workers Days/Nights encompasses several different manufacturing positions including, but not limited to Ball Mill Operator, Batching Operator, Spray Dry Operator, Body Prep Operator, Press Operator, Forklift/Marfin Operator, Powder Delivery, Glaze Line/Prep Operator, Kiln Operator, and Sorter.

The Entry Level Manufacturing Workers 12 HR Days/Nights encompasses several different manufacturing positions including, but not limited to Ball Mill Operator, Batching Operator, Spray Dry Operator, Body Prep Operator, Press Operator, Powder Delivery, Glaze Line/Prep Operator, Kiln Operator, and Sorter.

* $500.00 Sign-On Bonus Available*
$250.00 45 Days of Employment, $250.00 90 Days of Employment

A Shift (DAYS)- Sunday-Tuesday 6 am-6pm; Wednesday 6am-12pm

B Shift (NIGHTS) -Sunday-Tuesday 6pm-6am; Wednesday 6pm-12am; Shift Differential $0.50/per hour

C Shift (DAYS)-Wednesday 12pm-6pm; Thursday-Saturday 6am-6pm
D Shift (NIGHTS)-Thursday 12am-6am 6pm-6am; Friday- Saturday 6pm-6am

Qualifications:

• Unloads raw materials from railcar and transports to storage bins.
• Loads raw materials into the hopper.
• Monitors flow of material through the ball mill and into spray dryers.
• Performs various tests to ensure body materials are within specifications and documents results.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating procedures.
• Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required
• Monitors tile entering and exiting the kiln to ensure the process is operating efficiently.
• Inspects tile for defects.
• Records temperature of kiln every hour shift.
