Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our team in Kennesaw, GA.

The work will involve engineering design, preparing feasibility studies, and construction support completed under the guidance of senior staff. Wood's North Atlantic Operations is a multi-disciplinary science/engineering/architecture team of 150+ staff that offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects for a wide range of clients throughout the US.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare work plans, develop cost estimates, sampling and analysis plans, feasibility studies, remedial design and remedial action plans under the supervision of Senior Engineers
• Prepare and/or review plans, specifications, and special provisions for construction projects
• Complete projects in a timely and accurate manner. Work outside of normal work hours may be required on occasion
• Track invoicing and project spend todate , change orders and project submittals
• Daytime travel and overnight (up to a week or more) travel required, as needed
  

Skills / Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience
• MS/PhD a plus
