What You Will Be Doing - Establish ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation. Collaborates with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements.
- Analyzes existing infrastructure and performs IT system enhancements.
- Writes customized programs and scripts, as well as configures ERP applications.
- Develops user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.
- Manage overall project scope, priorities, and deliverables, ensure deployment readiness for each business / functional area, assess risk, develop mitigation plans, and provide communication efficiently and professionally.
- Manage and drive execution of all deployment activities, from project initiation to post-go-live handover and project closure. Lead program phase gate reviews and ensure program alignment with overall business priorities and program requirements.
- Coordinate and resolve project status and issues where necessary.
- Installs ERP software and ensures seamless integrations with IT systems.
- Performs diagnostic tests and resolves issues to optimize performance.
- Provides technical support and training ERP end-users.
- Prepares development progress updates and documents ERP processes.
- Keeps abreast of the latest ERP upgrades and offerings.
- Comply with plant safety procedures to ensure a safe environment.
What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of experience ERP implementation and support in any ERP system, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- At least five years of experience working with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- In depth knowledge of ERP development tools, coding languages and business processes.

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in project management or related field highly desirable.
