As the ESG Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and running our ESG programs. You will work closely with the ESG Committee and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that align with our sustainability goals, improves our corporate responsibility, and contribute to positive social and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the ESG Committee to develop and implement an ESG strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Identify key issues relevant to the industry and ensure integration into business operations.
• Implement program management standard processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness and drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives and projects to ensure successful delivery of programs on time and within budget.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to share ESG initiatives and progress.
• Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of data and metrics to prepare ESG reports for our customers as required and for our management team and board and external parties as needed.
• Stay informed about evolving ESG regulations and standards and ensure compliance with ESG disclosure requirements and report submissions.
• Implement monitoring mechanisms to identify, track and manage ESG-related opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business).
• 8 years experience in ESG program management, sustainability, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific ESG challenges and opportunities.
