Events Coordinator and Marketing Administration - Remote (Contractor)

We are looking for a dynamic events specialist professional who knows what it takes to make our events cement our position as a premium brand. As something of a professional perfectionist, you strive to refine each and every process, and you know that the devil is in the detail.

Your stakeholder management skills are second to none, and you know how to transform business objectives into clear written briefs. While you do not necessarily have a background in consumer electronics, you take to tech talk like a duck to water.

You'll oversee the planning, execution and post-show follow-up of tradeshow events that Jabra sponsors in North America. You'll work closely with global and regional internal stakeholders, our exhibit agency and show organizers to ensure flawless execution of events that Jabra sponsors. This role will report to the Head of NA Enterprise and Global Alliance marketing and will collaborate with the North American marketing and sales teams. And we would love to hear your ideas, too.

THE PURPOSE

To execute world-class events through project management and global guidelines
Reporting to the Head of NA Enterprise marketing, you will drive end to end project management and execution of major NAM events, from shows such as Enterprise Connect and InfoComm.

• Management of 3rd party partners, suppliers, creative agencies, internal creatives.
• Act as the event lead to strategically plan and execute tradeshows in North America
• Ensuring events are produced on time and within budget.
• Planning alternative scenarios and making appropriate bookings and reservations.
• Engaging and managing high-quality venues and suppliers.
• Negotiating and enforcing favourable terms and conditions with event-related suppliers, to ensure value for money.
• Working with management to deliver events specific to their needs.
• Managing the logistics external event.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure pre/post-show communications are created and deployed.
• Upload leads generated from events to CRM and create post-show communications
• Basic marketing administration support for the North American and Global Alliance marketing team
