Responsibilities:

• Process payments in support of compliance and tax filings
  
• Prepare monthly tax account reconciliations
  
• Registration of new sales/use tax accounts
  
• Provide federal, state, and foreign audit support
  
• Weekly cash forecasting and cash management
  
• Bank administration and upkeep including transition of legacy accounts to EverCommerce centralized bank
  
• Communicate with attorneys, tax specialists, and outside accountants/auditors to ensure timely tax reporting
  
• Other administrative tasks and projects as needed
  

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related fields
  
• 2+ years of experience in a financial environment
  
• Highly organized and thorough
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  
• Tax software (Avalara preferred)
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Solid financial knowledge
  
• Flexibility and responsiveness to change
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
