Better requires process discipline, and simplification

In this exciting and fast-paced role, you'll provide valuable support to our entire sales team and to their team. In collaboration with another executive assistant, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, that include full calendar management, arrange travel, manage schedules, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate events, and handle correspondence and inquiries.

For such an integral role, you will have 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting others. You'll be highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential information. You will have demonstrated the ability to prioritize and organize, as well as excellent communication and IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. You will need the ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be incredibly efficient with your time.

The annual gross base salary range is $47,754.18 -$76,362.89. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
